Coronavirus Anxiety, Loss, Support & Resilience Counselling

Are you worried about your well-being during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic? We're all struggling with a changing world which can be stressful, unsettling and bring up many mixed emotions.

My specialised areas are bereavement and anxiety. This virus has prompted fear, stress and anxiety in many of us, and caused chaos, confusion and disruption. We have been grieving the loss of our everyday lives and many have lost a colleague, friend or family member in the most distressing way imaginable.

Counselling can give you the time and space to understand, grieve, process and accept what has happened. Build on present coping strategies and introduce new ones.

I have returned to offering counselling in person, with Covid-secure procedures in place (please see my home page).

I am also continuing to offer counselling via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. All sessions are fully encrypted and GDPR compliant, meaning anything we discuss remains entirely safe and confidential. If you're unsure and would like to know more, please contact me for more information.

For those who are struggling financially I offer a number of sessions at reduced fee.

You don't need to feel like you're alone during this crisis. I'm here if you need me.
